Job Description

This Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Project Managers on scheduling, budgets, documentation, etc. of project from beginning to end
  • Help oversee the management of successful construction projects
  • Preparing reports on construction progress and cost for clients
  • Be client-facing and maintain the client relationship
  • Negotiate, award, and administer all subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders on construction projects
  • Travel to job site 1-2 days a week

The Successful Applicant

In return for a high value compensation package, a successful candidate will possess the following:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related experience
  • 1-2 years of construction experience
  • Proficient in software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
