Job Description

  • Oversee and manage commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained adequately for each project.
  • Prepare and present project updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and work within budget constraints.
  • Assess project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
