As an APM, you will be responsible for:

- Working closely with various PMs throughout the course of construction
- Project set up
- Processing RFIs, PCOs, submittals, meeting minutes, closeout

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Assistant Project Manager will have:

- Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in construction project management or equivalent education/experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment

Experience with the following programs / applications is a plus:
- Microsoft Office, Prolog, Procore
