Job Description



  • Support the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects


  • Assist with subcontractor and vendor management, procurement, and scheduling


  • Track project costs, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports


  • Attend project meetings and coordinate between field and office teams


  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications


  • Help maintain client satisfaction by providing responsive and professional communication

The Successful Applicant



  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial or healthcare construction, ideally with a GC


  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)


  • Strong organizational and communication skills


  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment


  • Eagerness to learn and grow into a future Project Manager role
