Job Description



  • Assist the Project Manager with all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout.


  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting.


  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.


  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and inspectors.


  • Attend project meetings and help communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.


  • Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with contract documents and company standards.


  • Support closeout activities including punch lists, as-builts, and warranty documentation.

The Successful Applicant



  • 2-5 years of experience working for a general contractor on commercial construction projects in Florida.


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.


  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


  • Familiarity with Florida building codes and commercial construction processes.


  • Experience with project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platforms.


  • Eagerness to grow into a Project Manager role over time.
