Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction

• Support the Project Manager in delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Participate in interviews and respond to RFPs to secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the estimating team to prepare competitive bids for upcoming projects.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of project scope, specifications, and deliverables.
• Reach out to subcontractors to gauge interest and secure participation in projects.
• Review final plans and cost estimates with the Project Manager and Estimator before submission.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly project review reports and drive profitable, on-time project delivery.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating meeting minutes, Owner Change Orders, and RFIs with the project team.
• Conduct final walkthroughs with the Owner and Architect, gather all closeout documentation, and confirm punch list completion.
• Maintain post-construction client relations through 6-month check-ins and 11-month warranty walkthroughs to address any remaining issues.
