Job Description



  • Assist in managing design‑build projects from planning through completion


  • Support scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination


  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project alignment


  • Oversee site activities and enforce safety standards


  • Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders


  • Utilize Procore software for project management and documentation


  • Travel to project sites across New England, New York, and Pennsylvania as required


  • Contribute to maintaining the company's reputation for quality and reliability

The Successful Applicant



  • 1-3+ years of experience in construction project management


  • Background in design‑build projects, ideally warehouses or industrial facilities


  • Proficiency with Procore software


  • Strong organizational and communication skills


  • Ability to travel (30% outside New England) and work on‑site; no hybrid/remote options


  • Must be located within 45 minutes of Leominster, MA
