Job Description



  • Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day oversight of commercial interior and TI projects


  • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors and vendors


  • Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation


  • Help manage budgets, cost reporting, and procurement activities


  • Coordinate with designers, owners, and field teams to ensure project milestones are met


  • Participate in site meetings, inspections, and quality control efforts


  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes

The Successful Applicant



  • 1-5+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer in commercial construction


  • Proven background in commercial interiors, tenant improvements, and office space projects


  • Experience with renovation work; historic renovation experience is a strong plus


  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills


  • Proficiency with construction software and project management tools


  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
