Job Description



  • Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project execution from preconstruction through closeout


  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure schedules and budgets are maintained


  • Support procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation


  • Track project schedules, costs, and progress reporting


  • Participate in client meetings, site walks, and coordination meetings


  • Ensure projects comply with contract documents, safety standards, and quality expectations

The Successful Applicant



  • 2-5 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer on commercial interiors projects


  • Proven experience delivering office, restaurant, retail, and/or hospitality interior build-outs


  • Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and cost controls


  • Excellent communication and organizational skills


  • Experience working in the South Florida market is highly preferred
