Description
The Construction Project Manager - Commercial Interiors is responsible for:
- working on 2-3 projects at a given time
- reporting to a Project Manager
- ensuring the project finishes on budget and on time
- working in close coordination with the Superintendents to oversee specific subcontractors
- representing the company's brand positively at all times
The Successful Applicant
The right Construction Project Manager - Commercial Interiors has:
- at least 2 years of construction experience
- a demonstrated background in commercial renovation work
- project experience over $3 million in values
- strong client-facing abilities and articulate communication skills
- a Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field
