Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of property construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
