As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team.Job DescriptionAssist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.Support the Project Manager in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor the progress of construction, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure all parties are aligned with project goals and expectations.Assist in managing contract negotiations, change orders, and project documentation.Prepare and review project reports, including status updates, budget tracking, and risk assessments.Coordinate and attend project meetings, taking minutes and ensuring all action items are followed up on.Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction in a timely and efficient manner.Assist in ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements on the job site.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
