Job Description

Assistant Project Manager - Construction

  • Oversee all phases of residential interior construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, including those specializing in tile, millwork, and MEP systems.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure high-end finishes meet client expectations.
  • Monitor job site activities to maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and resolve any project-related issues.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work aligns with project standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
