Job Description



  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of custom home projects from start to finish


  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, change orders, and subcontractor buyout


  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and consultants


  • Help maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met


  • Review submittals, RFIs, and project documentation


  • Participate in owner and design team meetings as needed


  • Ensure projects adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards

The Successful Applicant



  • 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer on custom home projects


  • Hands-on experience in the South Florida residential construction market


  • Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and cost control


  • Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills


  • Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
