This general contractor specializes in design-build delivery, construction management, and ground-up development across high-impact markets including manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, corporate offices, food & beverage, and distribution/logistics. Job Description

    • Support the Project Manager in developing, updating, and tracking the overall project schedule.
    • Assist with coordinating day‑to‑day tasks to help the team meet key milestones, including design coordination, procurement, construction activities, startup, commissioning, punch list, and closeout.
    • Monitor construction site progress and help track schedule and budget performance, escalating potential issues to the Project Manager as needed.
    • Assist in the coordination and administration of subcontractors, including tracking scopes, schedules, and performance during various project phases.
    • Support the procurement process by helping prepare subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and related documentation.
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal team members, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely information flow.
    • Provide administrative and technical support such as meeting notes, RFIs, submittal tracking, and document control.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Civil Engineering preferred
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Construction Project Management with a relevant general contractor
  • Strong technical background and relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence team members, partners, and customers.
  • Data Center or large commercial project experience is preferred
  • RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WITH A GENERAL CONTRACTOR REQUIRED
