About Our Client

My client is a food brand that focuses on creating fresh and nutritious products.

Job Description

  • This person must be familiar with process development revolving manufacturing capabilities and/or technologies, as well as equipment selection or contract manufacturing
  • Create formulas, selecting ingredients and conduct stability testing.
  • Own the product development process, from ideation to commercialization.
  • Work with other teams such as procurement to determine the best and most appropriate manufacturers to partner with.
  • Provide guidance on structural packaging, process changes, and/or formulation.
  • Implement projects that focus on saving costs

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-6 years of Innovation, Project Management, or R&D experience managing products withing the food, bev, nutra, or cosmetic manufacturing industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or science-related field required
