Job Description

  • Assist in managing renovation and healthcare construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
  • Support project documentation, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, procurement, and schedule updates.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
  • Ensure project compliance with healthcare‑related procedures, safety requirements, and infection‑control protocols.
  • Assist with change orders, budget updates, and cost tracking.
  • Conduct site visits and support field‑level coordination when needed.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Healthcare project experience is required-no submissions without it.
  • Experience supporting commercial renovation projects (Class A interiors, higher education, medical office, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Must be local to Atlanta with the ability to report regularly to the Smyrna office.
  • Prior APM or Project Engineer experience strongly preferred.
