Job Description



  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing healthcare construction projects


  • Support subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scope reviews


  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation


  • Coordinate with field teams to track schedules, budgets, and project milestones


  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements


  • Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings as needed

The Successful Applicant



  • 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer with a general contractor


  • Proven experience working on healthcare construction projects (hospitals, medical offices, clinics, or similar)


  • Strong understanding of construction documents and project workflows


  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously


  • Proficient in construction management software (Procore experience is a plus)


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
