This Assistant Project Manager role supports the delivery of Class A interior and healthcare interior projects across Georgia. You will partner closely with a Project Manager on estimating, documentation, coordination, and client communication. Job Description

  • Support the Project Manager with estimating, takeoffs, and bid coordination
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on schedules and scope
  • Assist in budget tracking, change orders, and cost control
  • Maintain communication with design teams and clients
  • Help monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Contribute to smooth project closeout, punchlist, and turnover

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience with Class A interiors or healthcare interiors (required)
  • Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and support fast‑paced project environments
  • Eager to grow into a full Project Manager role with mentorship and clear responsibility
  • Familiar with construction processes, scheduling, and typical project‑management software
  • Based in or able to commute to Atlanta Metro
