The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful execution of light industrial projects, collaborating with field teams, trade partners, and ownership groups to keep projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining high quality standards. Job Description

  • Partner with Project Managers during preconstruction, buyout, and project execution
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project tracking logs
  • Collaborate with Superintendents and subcontractors to support project schedules
  • Assist with cost control efforts including budget tracking and forecasting
  • Coordinate material deliveries and maintain organized project documentation
  • Support quality control efforts and assist in resolving field issues

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of experience with a commercial General Contractor
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows, sequencing, and project documentation
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with field and office teams
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software platforms
