Voted among NC's best places to work for several years in a row, the team is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to the team based in the Raleigh market.Job DescriptionReporting into the Project Manager and the VP/Division Manager, the Assistant Project Manager - Raleigh - Healthcare Construction will be responsible for:Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authorityDirect and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budgetPrepare daily, weekly, monthly schedule to support and preserve the Contract Project ScheduleReview status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as requiredDictate or prepare project reports for management, client, or othersConfer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problemsTake part and assist with the pre-planning and conceptual phaseDevelop relationships with clients and stakeholders and maintain them moving forwardWork with subcontractors - create and maintain positive relationshipsAssist in developing and maintaining the project scheduleMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
