About Our Client

Our client is a well respected and established General Contractor in the Dallas area and are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team. They have several high profile healthcare projects coming. This company has been around for 50+ years, works in several market sectors and has an unparalleled training and development program.

Job Description

  • Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in planning and organizing all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to optimize project efficiency
  • Schedule Tracking: Monitor project timelines and milestones, providing updates to ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between project teams, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues.
  • Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking project expenses, preparing cost reports, and ensuring adherence to budgets.
  • Quality Control: Support quality assurance efforts by conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
