Job Description

Assist in planning and managing construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Support budget management, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes and safety regulations.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.
Address and resolve project-related issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

A strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles for high end interior renovations and guts.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
The ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
