Projects are fast-paced, creative, and meticulously executed-perfect for rising professionals seeking both mentorship and autonomy.Job DescriptionAs an APM, you'll support a Project Manager on 2-3 active corporate interior projects ranging from 20,000 SF and up. These projects typically span 3-12 months and are executed in partnership with top-tier architecture firms. Day-to-day, you'll own critical project administration tasks including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, startup and closeout documentation, material tracking, and Procore management. Over time, you'll be encouraged to take a lead role in meetings and manage dedicated scopes as you demonstrate ownership and dependability.Key Responsibilities:Support project start-up through preconstruction documentation and subcontractor coordinationMaintain accurate and up-to-date logs for RFIs, submittals, and material procurementDraft and distribute meeting minutes and internal progress reportsAssist with drawing and spec reviews and Bluebeam markupsConduct regular job site visits to monitor progress and qualityCollaborate daily with field and office teams to ensure timely executionUtilize Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, CMiC, and Excel for daily operationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
