They are a mid sized company with a strong pipeline of work for 2025.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for the following:Support the Project Manager in overseeing residential construction projects from inception to completion.Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and work plans.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.Conduct site visits to inspect work quality, track progress, and resolve field issues.Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily reports.Facilitate clear communication between clients, project teams, and external partners.Assist in the procurement of permits and approvals as needed.Support cost control and budgeting efforts to keep projects within financial constraints.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
