Job Description

Assist in managing day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Help prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs (Requests for Information).
Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or risks to mitigate them.
Assist in procuring materials, equipment, and subcontractor services required for the project.
Maintain accurate records of project costs, including tracking expenses and preparing budget reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on the construction site.
Communicate project updates and concerns to stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
