Job Description

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating hotel construction projects.
  • Support budget management, cost tracking, and procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor quality control and compliance with safety standards.
  • Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Help resolve on-site issues and maintain project timelines.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years' experience in construction project management or coordination.
  • Proven background in hotel or hospitality construction.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
