Job Description

  • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all aspects of high-end interior construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and update stakeholders regularly on milestones, timelines, and budgetary considerations.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work quality, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and building codes.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the project team to implement innovative solutions and value engineering initiatives to enhance project efficiency and profitability.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-end interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques, especially in luxury residential interiors.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and exceeding client expectations.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
