Assistant Project Manager - K-12

• Works in collaboration with Project Manager to oversee operational, personnel and financial aspects of the construction project
• Facilitate project administration
• Participate in preconstruction activities
• Manage document control
• Track project costs
• Assist with daily on-site problem solving
• Assist in coordinating weekly client, architect, contractor construction meetings including minutes of meetings and other necessary documentation
