Their projects have valued up to $100 million and are in Corporate, Technology, Academic, and Lab & Life sciences. With major plans and projects coming up, they want to grow their team of professionals by adding an Assistant Project Manager.

Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Lab Projects will be responsible for:

  • assisting one or more Project Managers with day-to-day project activities
  • participating in staff meetings
  • assisting in the preparation of RFP/bid packages
  • completing RFIs, submittals, and managing change order

The Successful Applicant

The right Assistant Project Manager - Lab & Life Science Projects will have:

  • 1+ years of full-time experience in construction
  • a Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field (preferred)
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
