Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Top ENR Southeast GC - Charlotte will:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and teams to resolve issues.
Monitor budgets, track costs, and assist in vendor bid reviews.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
Support contract management and material procurement.
Promote safety and risk management throughout the project.
Collaborate with Project Managers on execution and deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

The Assistant Project Manager - Top ENR Southeast GC - Charlotte should have:

2+ Years as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Assistant Project Manager
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
OSHA certification preferred
Project management software proficient
Effective communication skills to interface with both clients and field staff
