Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsJoin one of Northern New England's premier General Contractors!Support complex projects up to $50MAbout Our ClientAbout the client:Office located in Leominster, MAProjects located throughout New EnglandStarted in 2014, since then have expanded to multiple states and grown their business to roughly 50+ peopleSpecialize in Warehouse, Industrial, Commercial, Multifamily, and Healthcare projectsBoth Ground Up & renovationsExcellent tenured employees with a large amount of repeat businessPride themselves on stellar client relationsJob DescriptionThe APM will be responsible for:Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities to meet project deadlines.Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records, including project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, submittals, and RFIs (Request for Information).Communication: Serve as a point of contact between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets, prepare cost reports, and assist in cost control measures to keep projects within financial constraints.Quality Assurance: Visit sites as needed with the Project Manager or in lieu of the Project ManagerProblem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions and delays.Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including permitting and safety standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
