Job Description

  • Support Project Managers during preconstruction, buyout, and project execution
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project logs
  • Work closely with Superintendents and subcontractors to maintain project schedules
  • Assist with budget tracking, cost reviews, and forecasting
  • Coordinate materials, deliveries, and project documentation
  • Maintain quality standards and contribute to problem solving onsite

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of commercial construction experience
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software
