Job Description

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising luxury ground-up multifamily construction projects.
  • Support the Project Manager in managing project budgets, schedules, and overall execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all project stages.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to address project updates and concerns.
  • Assist in resolving any project-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project documentation and closeout processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Luxury Ground Up Multifamily should have:

  • 2+ years experience
  • Experience with Ground Up Multifamily projects
  • Experience in construction management, specifically in luxury multifamily projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage project tasks and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • An understanding of construction safety and quality standards.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
