Additionally, our client places a strong emphasis on positive company culture and they want to grow their team with strong construction professionals.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities of an Assistant Project Manager include:Help oversee management of construction projects and lead team in cooperative and synergistic efforts with other disciplines on projectsPromote and maintain client relationshipsSupport and coordinate interface between design and field constructionDevelop and implement site utilization plan and establish needed crew sizeAssist Project Manager on handling cost, and budgetPrepare all required project status reports to coordinate with clientDevelop frequent site inspections, while maintaining construction safety and OSHA compliance programMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Comfortable learning new software platforms to track and organize project informationTechnical background with understanding of building engineering and commercial projects; prior experience in commercial projectsWhat's on OfferA competitive base salary between $80,000-$100,000 (Depending on Experience)Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based.
