Job Description

  • Assist in planning and managing multi-family ground-up construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to established timelines and financial goals.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Support the project manager in resolving any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
  • Participate in site inspections and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
  • Assist in managing client relationships and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
