Job Description

  • Assist in managing daily on-site construction operations.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitor construction progress and address any potential issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are upheld.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Foster effective communication among all project stakeholders.
