Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - NoVA will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and nurturing strong partnerships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Keeping project documentation precise and current.
  • Tracking project milestones and overall progress.
  • Participating in and contributing to project meetings.
  • Handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders efficiently.
  • Providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

The Successful Applicant

The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - NoVA will have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in construction.
  • Experience with base building projects.
  • Preferred background in multifamily construction.
  • Degree in a construction-related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities.
