Their President comes from a Top ENR background and went out on his own and has seen incredible success since.They specialize in garden style multifamily construction projects typically within 4 hours of Raleigh. Projects will be in NC, SC, and VA. They currently have over 1700 units under construction. Projects typically range $15M-$50M - all ground-up construction.They are seeking a Multifamily Project Manager or an Assistant Project Manager looking for the next step in their career to join their team due to growth. The group has seen tremendous success and they are looking for someone who wants to be a future leader in the organization.
