Job Description

  • Assist with final subcontractor reconciliation, billing, punch lists, and overall project closeout.
  • Help develop and maintain construction schedules, including milestones and task dependencies.
  • Monitor progress against the contract schedule and report deviations.
  • Schedule, track, and document required government inspections.
  • Communicate daily with owners, tenant reps, construction managers, superintendents, and project coordinators.
  • Serve as a primary support liaison for multiple projects.
  • Review estimates and assist in analyzing proposal packages during pre-construction planning.
  • Support planning activities including design development, conceptual estimating, scheduling, bidding, buyout, and contract preparation.
  • Handle RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and monthly cost reporting in a timely manner.
  • Help resolve project issues identified during meetings and throughout the construction process.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering
  • Experience on mid to large size projects
  • 2+ years of experience preferred
  • Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, CMIC
  • Ability to adapt to ensure project success
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects
