They also have a great culture that includes quarterly outings, and a work/life balance.Job DescriptionAssist with final subcontractor reconciliation, billing, punch lists, and overall project closeout.Help develop and maintain construction schedules, including milestones and task dependencies.Monitor progress against the contract schedule and report deviations.Schedule, track, and document required government inspections.Communicate daily with owners, tenant reps, construction managers, superintendents, and project coordinators.Serve as a primary support liaison for multiple projects.Review estimates and assist in analyzing proposal packages during pre-construction planning.Support planning activities including design development, conceptual estimating, scheduling, bidding, buyout, and contract preparation.Handle RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and monthly cost reporting in a timely manner.Help resolve project issues identified during meetings and throughout the construction process.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
