Job Description

  • Help develop and update project schedules to keep work progressing on time.
  • Monitor costs and assist with budget control throughout the project.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure their work aligns with project standards and expectations.
  • Keep project files, permits, and reports organized and up to date.
  • Identify issues in the field and bring them to the Project Manager's attention when additional support is needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Shows strong ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks at once, and keep project responsibilities moving efficiently.
  • Brings hands‑on experience supporting or coordinating construction projects, with an understanding of how day‑to‑day project workflows operate.
  • Has solid knowledge of multifamily building methods, codes, and industry standards, allowing them to contribute effectively to project planning and execution.
  • Is comfortable using project management software and digital tools to track progress, manage documents, and communicate updates.
  • Communicates clearly with team members and trade partners and approaches challenges with practical, solution‑focused thinking to keep the project on track.
