Job Description

  • Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Track expenses and support efforts to keep the project within budget.
  • Communicate with subcontractors to ensure work meets project requirements.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including permits and reports.
  • Address on-site challenges and escalate issues to the Project Manager when needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong organizational abilities with proven time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience supporting or leading construction projects through coordination, scheduling, and execution.
  • Solid understanding of multifamily construction methods, standards, and typical project workflows.
  • Proficient in using project management software and digital tools to track progress, documentation, and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and keep projects moving forward.
