About Our Client

They are a residential real estate developer & builder with strong expertise in ground-up multifamily construction, including for-sale and rental communities. They offer full development services (site planning, entitlements, budgeting) and act as general contractor for multifamily projects, emphasizing cost‐efficiency, quality of materials, trend-forward finishes, and aligning projects to long-term investment returns. Their work often includes relocating renters, mixed-unit types (studios, 1- to 3-bedrooms), amenity-rich designs, and delivering across multiple states.

Job Description

  • Assist in managing ground-up multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Support scheduling, budgeting, and procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, contractors, and consultants on daily operations
  • Track project progress, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting documentation
  • Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, ownership, and external partners

The Successful Applicant

  • Background in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • Experience (internship or entry-level) in ground-up multifamily or commercial projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn from senior team members
  • Team player with a problem-solving mindset and commitment to project success
