Assistant Project Manager Multifamily Developer ATX

• Manage 1-2 projects simultaneously
• Provide leadership, cost control, and oversight for all phases of the project from beginning phases to turn-over
• Develop and implement cost-effective strategies
• Keep the project on schedule and within budget
• Work directly with the Lead Superintendent to minimize risks by implementing our company safety and quality control standards
• Act as the main point of contact for the project
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors
• Provide leadership to ensure there is a productive flow of communication and updates between the field and our clients
