About Our Client

Our client is a well established General Contractor and Construction Management firm based just 15 miles Southwest of Boston. They specialize in the adaptive rehabilitation, occupied renovation, and new development of multifamily housing throughout the Greater Boston Area. These projects typically range from $20M to $50M with a focus in the senior living and affordable/rental housing sectors. Over their 20+ years in business, my client has established themselves as a leader in quality and professionalism, resulting in a majority of their work coming from repeat clients. With a solid and growing pipeline of work ahead, they are looking to grow their team by bringing on an Assistant Project Manager.

The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction up to $50M will be responsible for:

  • assisting one or more Project Managers with day-to-day project activities
  • participating in staff meetings
  • assisting in the preparation of RFP/bid packages
  • completing RFIs, submittals, and managing change orders

The Successful Applicant

The right Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction up to $50M will have:

  • 1+ years of experience in construction (full-time)
  • experience in multifamily construction (preferred)
  • a Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field (preferred)
  • eagerness to learn
  • strong communication skills, both verbal and written
