Job Description

Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Projects in Boylston MA will be responsible for:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Support budget management, scheduling, and quality assurance efforts.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Contribute to building relationships with clients and ensuring repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Projects in Boylston MA Candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Expertise in ground-up commercial construction and design-build projects is a plus
  • Proficient in Procore and MS Suite for project documentation and tracking.
  • Strong client collaboration and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and driven by long-term career growth opportunities.
  • Commutable to Boylston, MA, with a preference for local project work.
