About Our Client

We are a small general contractor focusing on multifamily apartments in San Diego. We have a small but strong team and are looking to add aditional members as our company is growing. Our team consists of seasoned professionals, and our goal is to scale the amount of projects and employees within this coming year.

Job Description

  • Management of multiple assigned projects and on-site installations
  • Oversee any change orders request and approve appropriately
  • Ability to maintain project schedules, budgets, compliance effectively
  • Maintain and review all subcontractor and vendor invoices throughout project life cycle
  • Assist in preparing fee and agreement or amendment of proposals
  • Develop and maintain existing client and subcontractor relationships
  • Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years in commercial and podium multi-family. Modular experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of construction principles/practices required.
  • Experience leading successful project teams, including the development of employees, and maintaining relationships with external entities.
  • Excellent organizational, team management, problem-solving, and motivational skills.
