Our client is actively seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team who is looking to grow with the business.Job DescriptionAssist Project Manager in ensuring the timely and budget-conscious completion of projectsEngage in interviews and the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for new projectsSupport the estimating team with bidding on upcoming assigned projectsGain a comprehensive understanding of project detailsReach out to subcontractors to gauge interest in projectsCollaborate with Project Management and Estimator to review final plans and estimates before submissionEnsure the timely and accurate completion of all required monthly Project Manager review reports and successful on-time project completionCreate, review, negotiate, and collaborate with the project team to process meeting minutes, Owner Change Orders, and requests for informationConduct project closeout walk-throughs with the Owner and Architect, gather all necessary closeout information, and verify completion of all project punch list itemsPerform customer relations duties, including a 6-month post-completion check with the Owner and an 11-month warranty walk-through to address any outstanding issuesMaintain consistent communication with clients and proactively share updates on project progress and budget mattersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
