Job Description



  • Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and execution of multifamily apartment projects


  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met


  • Support contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and submittals


  • Track project costs, budgets, and schedules to ensure financial and timeline compliance


  • Participate in project meetings and maintain clear communication with field teams


  • Ensure work complies with contract documents, safety standards, and quality expectations

The Successful Applicant



  • 2-5+ years of experience working with a General Contractor on multifamily apartment projects


  • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and documentation


  • Experience supporting ground-up or large-scale apartment developments preferred


  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment


  • Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
