Job Description

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to predetermined goals.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and proposals.
  • Support the team in addressing project issues and resolving challenges promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide project updates.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the construction department.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-4 years of construction management experience, including multifamily projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
