Job Description

  • Support the Project Manager in all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
  • On-site in the Bronx on a large-scale DSNY project
  • Assist with subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
  • Help manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and public agency regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-5 years of experience in public or municipal construction with General Contractors
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work daily on-site in the Bronx
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
